Bill: Abortion Funding Decentralization of August 3963

Details

Submitted by[?]: Bailonese Council Communist Party (BCCP)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 3964

Description[?]:

Abortion is a cultural issue, do not force states to fund something they do not agree with. Let the locals decide where their local tax dollars go - unless of course, you don't care what the locals think. If that is true, maybe the locals shouldn't care what you think either.

MessageIn this case, regardless of local culture, state governments can further fund abortion or not. This simply guarantees women the right to an abortion in the case of a medical emergency. The local governments can still choose to subsidize, we are simply guaranteeing a right.
