| This legislation will implement the following: - The Union shall consist of two autonomous republics, the Republic of Endralon and the Republic of Zergon. - The Republic of Endralon shall consist of the regions of Efinia, Alt-Ginbar and Hugalon. - The Republic of Zergon shall consist of the regions of Zergon and Kundar-Nova Zergonska. - Each republic shall have its own regional/local Government, responsible to a regional/local legislature and other institutions established by a regional/local constitution. - There shall be a Union legislature and government, representing the various nationalities of the Union. - Dundorfian and Hugalonese minorities may be handed further autonomy by the Union or regional/local powers. |
