MessageM. Speaker,

If spending is to be cut, then I believe this is a sensible way to do it. I am pleased that the CoS is not cutting spending in Health or Education. Ideally we would have liked to see a cut in defense spending, but generally, we feel like this is a reasonable proposal, and we will support it.

MessageMr. Speaker.

We will oppose this once set upon vote. With our nation of 100 million there will be many losing out if this passes. Leaving health and education thinking this is the only thing the state needs to function is a joke. We oppose.

MessageM. Speaker,

We would prefer a cut to the Ministry of Justice, instead of cuts to Food & Agriculture, Environment & Tourism, and Trade & Industry.
