Message | I have to disagree. Some countries have made experiences on how to establish Dictatorships. One method is to criminalize free speech in the parliament. If you read the law carefully, only speeches or acts in direct relation to the office are exempt from punishment. This means, no mp can be punished for what he or she says in parliament by executing their office. This freedom is necessary for a representative democracy. |
