MessageMr speaker, the liberal party is obviously ignoring that this bill is what this nation needs! We need to get criminals to realise that that they need to look after our community (article 1). We need a strong, powerful intelligence agency that will keep Rutania and its interests safe around the globe (article 4). We also need to allow the people more things like owning small fireworks! This bill is exactly what this nation needs!
Thank you.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Criminals are citizens of this nation too. As long as they are citizens they have the right to determine who is going to decide for them in the house, they have the right to decide who's going to be president. It's insane that someone who has been caught for a non-violent crime can't vote, just because the police caught him/her with to much alcohol by the wheel. The judge sentences him for a period in jail since this is his third time. He can't vote anymore and thereby are his right diminished just because he was driving and drinking? That seems unfair, doesn't it?

A strong powerful intelligence agency is what we don't need, they violate our right to privacy and now you want them to have the ability to do covert operations in a country without their permission. We don't want other countries to do covert operations in our country do we? It's invasion to send intelligence agency members to undertake covert operations.

In regards to fireworks and smoking, we agree that nationally it shouldn't be banned at all, but personally we value local governments taking care of this.

MessageMr Speaker,

A correction: the DSP also supports article 4 of this bill. We would like to advise the GRP to avoid combining such diverse articles in a single bill, as this complicates decision making and makes a bill less likely to pass. In particular, constitutional amendments, which require a 2/3 vote, should be given a bill of their own.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
