With an educated populace, our countrymen will be given the opportunities and tools necessary to be active citizens, open businesses, and contribute to society as a whole. That is why our party proposes to the members of our esteemed parliament the complete funding of higher education for all Beluzian civilians in our country's public university system. |

Old value:: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
Current: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Proposed: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
