The EUP hereby proposes that the mandatory work in prisons be reduced in intensity (corporal punishments and physically degenerating work (i.e. work that will dramatically reduce the condition of the body over a period of time) will be banned andwork will be reduced to a maximum of 8 hours a day. and a system of voluntary supplementary work with incentives be introduced. |
