Preamble
The People of Trigunia, come together to establish this constitution for Trigunia and her people to instill, order, peace, liberty and justice.
Article 1: President of the Trigunian Federative Republic.
Section 1: The State Duma has been known as the sole body, tasked with making legislative decisions for the betterment of the nation.
Section 2: The State Duma shall be the child body of the Federal National Assembly, with the State Duma being the lower house and the Federal National Assembly being the upper house.
Section 2: The State Duma shall consist of 500 members known as deputies, each chosen by the oblasts they represent and shall be elected every four years.
Section 3: Majorities in the State Duma shall be passed once 2/3 of the 750 seats of the State Duma agree/consent to a certain discussion or topic.
Section 4: The Presiding officer over the State Duma shall be known as the Speaker of the State Duma, who is selected by the President of the Federative Republic. His/her duty is to main and conserve order and conduct within the State Duma in order to facilitate the smooth movement of a legislation through the various legislative bodies.
Section 5: The State Duma shall be the sole body to review and pass Federal Budgets and other Federal accommodations in accordance with the law.
Section 6: The State Duma shall be separate from the Regional Dumas in which the State Duma shall deal with nationwide/state issues and legislations, whilst regional dumas shall deals with regional issues and legislations.
Section 7: An Early election could be called, but only with a 2/3 majority vote in which the Presidency and the Minister-Presidentship and all 500 seats of the State Duma shall be put up for vote.


Article 2: Constitutional Committee.
Section 1: The Constitutional Committee shall be the sole body tasked with upholding and maintaining the integrity of the constitution as applied in everyday life.
Section 2: The Constitutional Committee shall consist of 11 judges, six justices and a presiding judge, who shall be chosen by Federal National Assembly of the Federative Republic of Trigunia.
Section 3: The Constitutional Committee shall have the ability to reform the constitution in order to resolve disputes concern the constitution.

Article 3: President of the Federative Republic
Section 1: The President of the Federative Republic of Trigunia shall be known as the Head of State.
Section 2: The President shall be the protector of the constitution of the federative republic and civil rights.
Section 3: The President shall uphold the integrity and image of the nation internationally and domestically.
Section 4: The President shall establish domestic and foreign policy guidelines and procedures in accordance with the constitution.
Section 5: The President shall be put to vote every 4 years and shall be able to vote for himself via a secret ballot.
Section 6: The President shall be the Supreme-Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
Section 7: The President shall be granted with the powers and abilities to pardon individuals from criminal charges without the consultation of the Supreme Court.

Article 4: Minister-President
Section 1: The Minister-President will be the head of government, possess limited executive power and be nominated and approved by the State Duma.
Section 2: The Minister-President shall preside over the Federal Assembly as an overseer of the FA's actions and for the actions of his/her party deputies in the Duma.

Article 5: The Federal Assembly
Section 1: The Federal Assembly shall consist of the following:-
-Ministry of Foreign Affairs
-Ministry of Internal Affairs
-Ministry of Finance
-Ministry of Defense
-Ministry of Justice
-Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation
-Ministry of Health and Social Services
-Ministry of Education and Culture
-Ministry of Science and Technology
-Ministry of Agriculture and Food
-Ministry of Environment and Tourism
-Ministry of Trade and Industry
Section 2: The Federal Assembly shall be responsible for the daily administration and upkeep of the nation.

Article 6: Federal Courts System
Section 1: There shall be regional courts which deal with regional matters and national courts which deal with national matters.
Section 2: The Highest Court in the land shall be the Supreme Court of the Federative Republic of Trigunia, this court shall deal with criminal,military,appeals and administrative review and shall be chaired by the Prosecutor-General of the Federative Republic of Trigunia.
Section 3: The Prosecutor-General shall supervision of the observance of laws in the execution of judicial decisions in criminal cases, and also in the application of other measures of coercion related to the restraint of personal liberty of citizens.
Section 4: The Regional Courts shall include courts of the various Trigunian Oblasts and the various Trigunian cities. Ruling these courts shall be a a judge and a jury .
Section 5: The Magistrates court shall handle criminal cases where imprisonment is for less than three years, these courts shall be ruled by a magistrate or justice of the peace.

Article 7: Amendment.
Section 1: All amendments must be proposed in the State Duma with a majority vote and reviewed by the Committee for the Constitution.

Article 8: Legality and Legitimacy
This Constitution will only come into effect when majority of the current State Duma votes for it.
