Bill: Representation Act II

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alorian Communist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2057

Description[?]:

We feel the people of Aloria are not being represented well enough. I think 4 years is too long between elections - the government has too much time to go against the publics wishes. The public must have more chances to decide against a government they no longer support.

Also, we believe there should be more seats to create better representation of the people.

This is up for negotiation, please tell me your views.

Messageless seats!!! big debates make the decision process less efficient as do short terms.

MessageMore representation. I think 400 is a sensible balance between representative & efficient government.
