Bill: Foreign Policy

Details

Submitted by[?]: Alorian Communist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2056

Description[?]:

As Aloria now has a substantial communist/socialist majority in power, I believe we should support other communist governments around the world. By this I dont mean the overthrow of non-communist governments, the planting of puppet regimes or entering unbreakable pacts with communist countries.

I simply feel we should foster closer ties with socialist nations, what does the Parliament think.

MessageAs the party of the foreign ministry, we will ensure we keep ties to safe, socialist nations, however should we view their socialism to be oppressive or dangerous, (we will not apply our view that extreme socialism is generally dangerous), we will not create ties, but not attempt at all to inflame any sort of hostilities.

And please remember, the FCP, although appearing right wing, are centrist with mild socialist and libertarian views, so we attempt to create a welfare state, however allowing private enterprise of everything, but make sure it does not disadvantage those who cannot afford it.

In other words, the state will provide a decent service, but you can pay others for more, meaning people are encouraged to work and so forth.

(A shortened version of this is going in my party description, by the way.)

Messagewe should cease all relations with nations that continue oppressing the working classes. let us make ties with the communist nations of the world but not the capitalists!!!

MessageI agree entirely with the FCP on its stance- we should show no support to countries who use socialism as an excuse to oppress the masses.

MessageHowever, we should also not oppress countries that are Capitalist, but DO NOT oppress the working class.

If the USF would be so kind as to highlight such a case, I would be very pleased, and would investigate the matter fully.

Messagecapitalism is a system that oppresses the working class. in a capitalist country, in order for there to be rich there has to be poor. in order to make millionares, the common working man or woman must break their backs. i propose we help communist parties in other countries and free the workers there!!!

MessageYou should have informed us of this. If you are inactive but cannot mention it, then we are not being unfair, only continuing as normal in your unexplained absence.
