Message | Here is my explanation for each article: Article 1 protects freedom of speech and media for adults who want to partake in these "sexually explicit medias". We don't think the government should be regulating the media for adults. Article 2 gives the freedom for private property owners to determine if guns are allowed rather than the government. If a shooting does happen on a private piece of property that has no gun restrictions, we will be sure to allow lawsuits to take place. The government making a "one size fits all" situation for this is inappropriate. Article 3 maintains our food regulations but removes the license system. Licensing is a form of corporate welfare because it protects those who are already in the food industry and stops those who want to make their own new restaurant. Article 4 localizes the logging industry and allows local areas to allocate more funds if necessary. Different areas need different logging policies. Article 5 is similar to article 3. It holds current and rich research companies to the same standards as start up companies. Article 6 stops the bureaucracy in our gun program. We believe any mental stable individual who doesn't have criminal history should have the right to own a firearm. This will allow them to get firearms faster, and this is important for situations like women with a history of sexual abuse moving into a dangerous part of town or other situations where immediate peace of mind and safety is necessary. Article 7 allows people to keep money they earn. Article 8 ends our "too big to fail" policy. If a company fails, we should let it fail. Article 9 allows freedom of speech in advertising in the medical field. Article 10 allows a localization of the nudity policy. We know that nudity is an expression of free speech, but it does limit the rights of children who would be harmed by seeing that. Local communities should solve this. Article 11 makes sure we don't develop immoral devices like chemical weapons. Article 12 makes sure we don't use our military against our own citizens. If you accept any of these articles, tell me, and we will be constructing a new bill to pass some of passionate issues. In freedom, President Victor Davis |

Message | The Democratic-Republican Party disagrees with many of these proposals. It is a shame though because the few we would support is lumped into this massive poison pill of a bill. |
