| We must act now to ensure the safety of our civilians. A majority of nations store nuclear weapons: whilst we do not. To avoid becoming increasingly vulnerable to external threats, we must be able to develop, produce and stockpile nuclear weapons to defend ourselves in the event of a nuclear strike: this pertains to the second clause of this act. It is never right to use a nuclear weapon in response to a biological or chemical attack: we should only ever retaliate with nuclear weapons if a nuclear weapon is used to attack Beluzia initially. |
