MessageMy Speaker,

We'd much rather have a semi-presidential system rather than what seems to be a mixture of a presidential and parliamentary system. So here's our proposal for our semi-presidential system. There will be a president elected by national popular vote using the system you described. The president will then have to appoint the Federal Executive Council, PM, and the Council on the Constitution which will all have to be approved by the parliament.

So here is how a bill will be handled in this system. The legislature makes the bill, the president approves or vetoes the bill, and if the president approves the bill, it'll go to the Council on the Constitution to be reviewed.
