| Message | I'm clearing this out because this Cultural Protocol is not official; it was not submitted to and approved by Moderation. It also did not meet all of the terms of the rules for updating Cultural Protocols (see section 16: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363 ). In particular, it did not meet the requirement that "at least one of the players sponsoring the update must have been currently continuously active in the nation (ie. no inactivations) for at least 1 month", and that there should be explanations for all of the cultures/religions/languages.
