Bill: Revoke Passed Law on Homosexuality In Military

Details

Submitted by[?]: All Progressive Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3981

Description[?]:

Sexual rights as given in our current law allows military officers to freely engage in homosexual acts and/or practice homosexuality even while out on active duty hence relaxing rules, regulations & principals posed on them. but in view of promoting order, sanity & discomfort among uniformed officers in arms, sexual rights mainly such as the stated "Homosexual" rights and/or privileges ought to be suspended or preferably banned. This will enable militia personal work effectively and it is with this that I effect debates & call on the quick revoke of the law allowing "Homosexuality in the military"

MessageThe law must be taken down as it doesn't add value to service personal serving active duties both homeland and in foreign lands, instead undermines our arms officers & might cause in discipline.

MessageMessage from the Monarchist Party:

We would accept and promote this bill. We might even suggest this be expanded into a military reform bill, and include that women not be allowed to serve in combat positions. Enacting these two laws would permit our military to fight more effectively, which is what it needs to do. A military should not be a social justice testing ground.
