| The office of the Regulatory Authority on Government Functions and Presidential Commission on Constitutional Reform is to be formed to advise the President and Cabinet on constitutional reform. It is to be formed out of the main parties in Zardugal: The Democratic Party, The New National Alternative and the People's' Socialist Party. The NNKL-FRAL is to be excluded due to possible links to the long censured National Confederation of Labour, which had on several accounts backed radical leftist terrorism. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, The NNA will support the creation of commissions for the purpose of review of constitutional reforms. However, we are intensely worried about the exclusion of the NNKL-FRAL from this process. Mr Speaker, Zardugal constitutional changes must be formed in an inclusive manner.
