Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3981
Description[?]:
According to the NNKL-FRAL's own party organ, the party distributed arms to its members. After a thorough investigation by the IBI we found the action to be illegal and to be contrary to anti-paramilitary laws. We ask the Congress to therefore authorise a full IBI investigation of the party and its leaders and to authorise the forceful disarming of the organization's members until the Congress is ensured that no national security threat is present and the NNKL-FRAL's leaders have publicly apologised to the Congress and IBI for acting contrary to the proper authorities. |

Message | Speaker, We have only distributed arms to members for self defense and no paramilitary was formed. If one was at one of the factories then we apologize as that was not what we meant to be done with the weapons. -Ludoviko Mikelo Leader of the Central Committee of the NNKL-FRALA |
