MessageMr Speaker,

We as a party feel that Prostitution should be legal and seen as a recognizable profession. We already have the production of porn legal, so why can Prostitution be legal too? Technically if you're shooting a porn scene (Which happens to be a sex scene) you are prostituting yourself, and by law you should be arrested. So clearly there is an overlap. We see it as wrong, that it must be videoed in order for it be legal and branded as a profession.

Another point: At the moment prostitutes are too scared to go to the police in order to get help because they fear being arrested themselves. This means many prostitutes might be being abuse, unfairly paid or even have their lives put at risk. With it being a Legal and recognized profession, we can establish support groups to help those being abused or mistreated.

Another Point: It will get lots of people into work which in turn will help the economy, which can be seen as a win win.

I yield

MessageOfficial Response from the Monarchist Party:

This is absolutely disgusting. Legalizing one group of degenerates because another exists is foolhardy. Women should be receiving alternatives to prostitution, and be receiving help OUT of prostitution. If the Senate approves of this bill, they will be sending Gaduridos into a deeper moral malaise.

MessageMr Speaker,

We like to point out that the Partitio Monarchico party's statement can be seen as sexist as males can be prostitutes, females aren't the only ones which can be prostitutes. As for the rest of their statement, We're in the year 3982 it's time government stops being old fashioned and gets with the times and adopt a more progressive view on life. The pro's out way the con's and we beg the senate to see reason over the voice of wet rags.

MessageWe concur with our colleagues in the Democratic party. Bringing this profession (which exists whether we like it or not) into a framework or regulation and safety just simply makes sense.
