MessageGiven that the people of Gaduridos have expressed their support for new parties, and conceding that the current allocation of seats in the Senate arose as part of exceptional political circumstances, the Social Democratic Party volunteers and early election, to remain in sway with the people, and as a referendum on the democracy of the Federal Union of Gaduridos.

OOC: As we have four new players, and you guys have started to distinguish yourselves politically, I'm happy to call an early election to give you a chance at picking up some seats.

MessageResponse from the Monarchist Party:

We would agree with this measure, as the Gaduridan people should make it far more clear which parties they support. We also feel the current hold by the SDP is far too great, and transforms our nation into a dictatorship.

OOC: I'd be down with it for OOC reasons as well.

Hi Guys,

I can hold this off if you want but I thought we were at a place where your positions were getting to be solidified. Up to you but wanted to give everyone a chance for a couple of seats at least?

MessageOOC: I suppose we can wait a little bit then - although by that time it might be time for the "official" elections.

MessageThen again I'd rather we wait for elections, because then we would all be ready with maximum popularity rates. So as the progressive party we are against this

MessageMy view is wait a few more in-game months, perhaps until my flag bill passes then instantly call an election. I want to gain enough from bills however I don't want to wait TOO long either.

MessageDon't say I didn't warn some of you against this. After elections non of us got seats, yet you still were head strong on pushing for this. Now look how far you've pushed the next elections.
