The Republican revolution has failed miserably, which is why I stand here as Imperial Viceroy and not President. The Emperor has returned and I don't believe he's going anywhere anytime soon. It's time Republicans and monarchists work together since we obviously aren't going to get what we all want. The monarchist side has been more than generous in accepting an electable head of state, keeping the House of Commons, and even Commonwealth in the Constitution.
