We propose further empowering the IBI. It shall now have the ability to indefinitely detain and arrest citizens suspected of the following crimes: -Treason -Publishing subversive materials -Smuggling -Anti-government radicalism Furthermore, all criminals charged by the IBI shall be tried by military tribunals. They shall be allowed to pursue the death penalty if needed. The IBI shall also report to the Secretary of State and Emperor or successor positions. |
