| At the wish of His Majesty, our Holy Emperor Christian, the Conservatives put forward the Hosian Supremacy Act. This act: -Affirms the Hosian faith as the one truth faith of Malivia. -Establishes mandatory membership in the Evangelical Luthoran Church of Malivia. -Noncompliant Malivians shall pay a fine equal to 3% of their annual income after a one year grace period. -Hosians who claim membership in a church other than the ELCM can bring the appropriate documentation to the Ministry of Education and Culture for a fine waiver. -Establishes the right of the Presiding Bishop of the ELCM to confiscate the property of religions not recognized by the Malivian government for use by the ELCM. |
