Pursuant to Article III of the SEPARATION OF POWERS ACT (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=455157), Sok Chann, as Minister of Justice and Chief Justice of the Ministerial High Court, nominates the following candidates for appointment to the Ministerial Bench to help render justice and equity in the nations courts of law and to serve so long as they are of good and sound mind and behavior. The appointments shall be incorporated into the archives of the Ministerial Courts (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=454870).
