Definitions: (i) The accused - all party leadership (present and former) from Conservative / Free Wolf Spiegler, ANP and ANC; (ii) Exonerates - absolves the accused of all perceived/alleged wrongdoing and rescinds all former legal verdicts; (iii) Victimisation - treatment by which the accused are held accountable and/or liable for any perceived/alleged wrongdoing in their conduct related to fulfilling what could be construed as their civic duties including but not limited to the past transfer of prisoners to prevent the threat of their release -------------------------------------------------- This bill explicitly affirms the innocence of the accused from all perceived/alleged wrongdoing; fully exonerates Wolf Spiegler; and immediately institutes a practice of double jeopardy to protect the accused from further victimisation. |
