| Senators, Not many years ago the Senate of Cildania officially condemned the savagery of the Deltarian Empire. And our condemnation is now justified with the new genocide Deltaria is actively committing against its Majatran and Turjak population, in reaction to their freedom-loving uprising against their oppressors. And now that foreign powers threaten to grant their support to the Deltarian genocidal policies, we must take a stand. Should this bill pass, the Senate of the Kingdom of Cildania announces that any attempt by foreign powers to support the Deltarian genocide will be met by the force of the mighty Cildanian Navy. The people of the Isles have granted us the authority to defend the Islands and their waters, and this is not a responsibility we take lightly. As the Cildanian Navy controls access to the waters of the Majatran Sea, any attempt by non-Majatran nations allied with Deltaria to access the Sea will be automatically interdicted by the Cildanian Navy.
