This resolution recognizes and ratifies that a State of War exists between the Trigunian Empire and the Federal Republic of Hutori , and any confederates they choose to bring into the conflict, should there be any. The Trigunian Empire will immediately direct the Collegium of War to make all preparations necessary to employ all military hardware necessary to the faithful execution of war on behalf of the Trigunian Empire This resolution calls upon the Government of the Trigunian Empire to do all within their power and authority to bring the war against the Federal Republic of Hutori and its confederates to a successful conclusion, and to that end, all resources of the entire nation are pledged including an immediate increase of the Defence budget to levels capable of sustaining the war over a long period of time. This bill will pass with 2/3rds of the seated Members of the State Duma supporting it. This bill will be considered "passed" when 2/3rds of the seated Members of the Duma vote to approve, and a completed vote will be determined as having ratified the Declaration. |
