| Deputies! The Hypocrites of Cildania, the people who feel that it is there God given duty to tuple the peace in Terra, to engage innocent beings in violation of international law. The Cildanians engaged one of our warships in the strait between Selucia and their mock of a country, in a moronic move to show their power and to show to the world that they are above all. The Raven has awoken the bear, and the raven will see her might! For they have had no pity, and so we will have no pity of their lives. No Pity, No Prisoners! In order to avenge those this unwarranted attack on our well-being, The Trigunian Empire, hereby declares war on warmongering Cildanians, and we will only stop until we have brought the raven to its knees.
