Message | That is a very good point that has never occured to me. All property is 'owned' in some form or another, and I doubt very much of it is owned by the government. Government's tend to 'own' land through institutions, for example a park authority in which case this organisation could restrict hunting without it becoming national law. The organisation in charge of the land can have a personal say on what goes on, on that land without governmental interference. All other land is private, where the government should not be interfering. |
