Bill: DNA Bill of February 3990
Details
Submitted by[?]: Kushite Revolution
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3990
Description[?]:
As much as we do have registration of citizens using their national IDs,more than often criminals leav their identifications behind during their terror operations so that they may not.be identified in any way. Therefore having a clear and accurate DNA database of each and every citizen in the country and even foreigners into the country, will lead to lowering of crime rates as the only way of preventing your DNA sample from being picked from a crime scene is actually avoiding the crime. So as much as this may seem as an infringement to the citizen's privacy and rights, national interests always come first. |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's position towards the use of forensic DNA databases.
Old value:: Only DNA from persons convicted of crime is recorded.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect |
