In the government's effort to bring equality to all citizens, criminals in jail shall be allowed to vote as they are still citizens of the nation and have civic rights. The government believes that gated communities will lead to more security and general welfare than isolated homes as most resources are communal therefore making living cheaper. For example communal securitu, one main gate before accessing the different gates to different homes, communal social ammenities, communal schools and clinics and even malls. This will lead to development of various parts of the cities hence leading to decongestion of the town centres and a growth in the middle class. However, the government is not imposing this on people as the few upper class can build their homes in utmost privacy. |
