It has the following; Set on 25 acres 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms 53,000 square feet built up area for main building Parking for 150 vehicles State of the art theatre for 50 people Military command station Guest house 15,000 square feet entertainment complex with 2 lane bowling alley,discotheque with DJ booth and spa Grand dining room Game room First family room Secondary staff kitchen Butler's pantry Elevator 128 foot reflecting pool Vineyard Formal gardens Tennis court Helipad Ocean views It is going to be situated in Kiduran city.
