The ANU wants to initiate anti-depressant research. Our plan is a drug without side effects that can bring the depressed individual back to happiness and productivity. We want increase in Technology because we want to start constructing a microchip implant which can be used by a person to control his/her emotions via a remote controller. This imlant will also better the immune system and make the people healthier and less likely to get a cold or a severe illness. Hail!
