Update: We have scheduled a meeting between the Emir and the Imperial Foreign Minister. We hope to patch matters up that were caused by the last bill's failure. The Imperial Foreign Ministry encourages all parties to support this and the other bill (OOC: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=464426) currently under consideration concerning basing rights in Al'Badara.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
