| Senators, The Gziri language has supplanted all other languages spoken on our islands as the vehicle of the Cildanian nation and the Jaziri civilization. All Cildanians, no matter their ethnic or religious background, have at least a passing knowledge of our great Gziri language. In response, it is fitting that the Senate should elevate Gziri to the prestigious status of Cildania's sole official language. Continuing the policy initiated by the great Yugerten Baqar of fostering peace and harmony among Cildania's various communities and of promoting the glory of our shared Jaziri civilization and culture, the Kingdom of Cildania shall implement the Bilingual Cildania Policy. All students in primary and secondary schools are to be educated in Gziri as the first language and in their mother tongue as their second language. The choices for second language shall be Qildari, Standard Taheblit, Selucian, and Majatran, depending on the father's ethnic origin. OOC: Cildania is renamed as "Renju tal-Qildanja (Kingdom of Cildania)". The following cities are renamed: In Aheblun: Mort Iskendra -> Santa Aleksandra Tanegzart -> Tanegżart In Aqildar: Zabeh -> Żabeh In Gilzon: Byt -> Bit Qartya -> Qartja In Kinaʿn and Velieres: Clellius -> Keret Har Yafe -> Har Jafe In Yilrit: Ḣaṡriya -> Ħasrija Mor Miḣaʾil -> San Mikiel Ramesh -> Ramex And the following regions: Gilzon -> Gilżon Kinaʿn and Velieres -> Kinaan and Velieres Yilrit -> Jilrit |
