| It is our belief that Hobrazia is being run ineffectively, illogically and inefficiently. This is exemplified by the feudal laws on parliament salaries and length of legislative terms, but is also helped by the delegation of citizenship and adulthood. Plainly put, this bill will allow the country to be ruled far more logically. This will mean that adulthood is determined by a test rather than automatic delegation based on age. This test may be taken any number of times, but before it is passed, one may not be considered an adult. The same standards are set for immigrants, who will need to pass a test in order to be allowed citizenship. The other laws are fairly self-explanatory. |
