Bill: The Sensible Military Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Logarchic Philosophical Front
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3998
Description[?]:
We also believe that the Military has certain ways in which it may be improved. Firstly, civil defence is important in times of war. We cannot trust buildings to be sturdy enough in times of war, and so every building must be able to conform to standards of civil defence, and they must be open to the public in times of war. Secondly, prisoners of war are valuable bargaining tools. Summarily executing them is a terrible idea which will only lead to the same happening to our military force when captured. We must be prepared to treat them how we would wish to be treated. |
