In reference to the proposal by the National-Monarchist Party we submit our proposal to the house that will give funding to parties that is representative of their electoral support based on the previous electoral results at the time of handing out. This will allow party's that have a shortage of funds but lack financial support to continue their work for their supporters and constituents. |

Current: All candidates receive public funds but are not allowed to accept donations.
Proposed: Candidates receive public funds unless they have raised more than a certain amount of money.
