| The Knesset may hereby declare: 1. All overseas (foreign) customers have the right to complete secrecy over their bank accounts. 2. No identification is required to open, close or manage a bank account in Beiteynu. 3. No information over any foreign customer may be passed on to other states, orgnaizations or else.Only the customer may allow the bank to do so. 4. Violations of this law will be persecuted with at least 3 years in prison. |
