| Mr Speaker, This vampire we call social welfare drains blood from the economy and makes certain peoples already poorly disposed to hard work, even less likely to get off their bums and do anything. Redistribution is the first step to tyranny as it creates a cycle of dependency and a state cult whereby the dependants begin believing that there is no survival without the benevolence of the state - benevolence which is just theft!
