Message | Recently some work done by a group from one of our fine universities in Maliv, a comparison of subsidized contraception and free contraception, was brought to our attention. It suggests that there is little to no increase in usage when contraception is freely available from when it must be purchased. OOC: first hit google "contraception free vs subsidized" (its a PDF so I did not link it directly) notice second bullet after TOC. |
