August 3rd 09.00 Formal Welcoming at the Fort William Airport by Imperial Viceroy James II of Yodukan-Varsong, the Minister of Foreign Affairs HSH, Prince Maximilian Durant, accompanied by the Luthorian Guard of Honour. 10.15 Audience at the Royal Palace. The President will meet the Emperor, the Queen and the Crown Princess. 11.30 Lunch with the Imperial Viceroy and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. 13.30 Meeting with the Imperial Chancellor, 15.00 Joint Address at Fort William University with Imperial Viceroy and HSH Prince Maximillian Durant, Leader of the Imperial Alliance. 16.00 Meeting with the Employer's Association General Director Max Rothingren. 19.00 Semi-formal Dinner at the Viceroy's Palace. August 4th 9.00 Breakfast with President of the Congress of Organized Labor, Adolph Reeder, and the ministers for Infrastructure and Transport and Trade and Industry 11.30 Meeting with Party Leaders from the Opposition. 12:30 Lunch with the Minister of Finance and the Imperial Chancellor 14.00 Visit to a military airstrip.
