MessageMr Speaker,

We only agree to article 2. While public campaign financing is good in theory it will not work practically. There is nothing to stop third parties from creating organisations aside from the political parties whose aim is to campaign for them, or to stop media organisations to publish articles biased towards one candidate. Because of these reasons we see it as a waste of public funding as there will be ways for people to get around it.

Scott Pearson,
Chairman of the Worker's Union
Representative of Kragusrov
