This bill proposes the official salaries of MPs according to the seniority of their position. This means that there shall be a basic pay for normal MPs, and a higher pay for cabinet members and the prime minister. Also included will be the salary of the speaker of the House of Commons. MP allowances are also shown. BASIC ANNUAL PAY OF MPs: -The basic pay of an MP with no further position shall be 65,500 HCR -allowance includes free travel and hotel rooms when given permission and a 4500 HCR monthly benifit for a second home nearer parliament CABINET MEMBER ANNUAL SALARY: -The salary for a cabinet member shall be a basic MP salary (65,500 HCR) and a further 34,500 HCR to make their salary at 100,000 HCR -a cabinet allowance includes: free travel and hotel rooms, and 5500 HCR monthly benefit to pay for a second home nearer to parliament PRIME MINISTER ANNUAL SALARY: -the prime minister receives a basic MP salary (65,500 HCR) and a further 94,500 HCR to make their annual salary at 160,000 HCR per annum -The prime ministers allowances include: the official residence of Steiner House, free travel and hotel rooms and 2100 HCR monthly benifit DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER ANNUAL SALARY: -the deputy prime minister receives a basic MP salary (65,500 HCR) and a further 74,500 HCR to make their annual salary at 140,00 HCR per annum SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF COMMONS ANNUAL SALARY: -The speaker of the House of Commons receives a basic MP salary (65,500 HCR) and a further 64,500 HCR to make their salary at 130,000 HCR The speaker allowances include: an apartment in the House of Commons, free travel and hotel rooms and 2100 HCR monthly benifit DEPUTY SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF COMMONS ANNUAL SALARY: -the deputy speaker has a basic MP salary (65,500 HCR) and a further 54,500 HCR to make their salary at 120,000 HCR -the deputy speaker allowance is free travel upon permission and a 6500 HCR monthly benifit for a residence |

Message | Mr Speaker, The solemn duty of running our nation should not be taken up simply for the money it offers. The ones who should run our country are the ones who have the disposition to, not simply opportunists looking to further their own ends. Thus, we vote against this. |

Message | Mr speaker, The money should not be the insensitive, the LPF are correct. But we should be entitled to these salaries which are fair and are in line with the law on MP salaries |
