Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The ICU proposes the following Government based off the following platform: 1) Restore the Imperial Government and the Privy Council. (OOC: 2/3rds Constitutional Vote) 2) Reform and reorganize the IDM. (OOC: 2/3rds Constitutional Vote) 3) Restore the Holy Imperial Diet. (OOC: 2/3rds Constitutional Vote) 4) Restore the Holy Imperial Order of Witch-Hunters. (OOC: 2/3rds Constitutional Vote) 5) Passage of several diplomatic treaties that establish naval bases and recognize other governments. (OOC: 2/3rds but not Constitutional) It is time we finish what we started. Let the new millennium ring in the glory that shall be a restored Holy Luthori Empire!!! ALL HAIL LUTHORI!!!! OOC: For those wondering why I was bold enough to put myself as HoG. This is it for Maximilian Durant. This has been his dream, and see this as more or less a temporary government to achieve these goals.
