| OOC: Third times the charm....hopefully. This is a Constitutional Amendment RP Bill. Would require 2/3rds vote to pass and revoke. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IC: Be it enacted that, His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty's Holy Imperial Order of the Witch Hunters be established as an independent branch within the Imperial Ministry of Internal Affairs. Article I. - The Holy Imperial Order of the Witch Hunters (OWH) shall operate in silence and secrecy to root out treason and heresy from the Empire. - The Imperial Ministry of Internal Affairs shall fund the OWH's activities and budgetary needs. Article II. -The OWH shall be commanded and directed by the Imperial Witch-Hunter General. A) The Imperial Witch-Hunter General shall be the head and leader of the Holy Imperial Order of the Witch Hunters. (OOC: Unofficially known as the Inquisition.) B) The Imperial Witch-Hunter General shall be responsible for purging out treason and heresy in the Empire. C) The Imperial Witch-Hunter General shall be either a layman or a clergyman. D) The Witch-Hunter General shall be appointed and serve at the Emperor's pleasure. | Message | Mr Speaker, We do support this bill but we made a promise to our voters. If we were not part of the cabinet then we will become a active opposition. With LA deciding to give others cabinet positions they also made sure that these bills would fall.
