| Message | Mr Speaker The Liberal Party believe that we are spending too much on unnecessary ministries, we have left alone the budget of the ministries that are vital to the people such as education, agriculture and trade. This is in response to the lowing of taxes by our party, putting money back into the pockets of our citizens and cooperations which will drive investment and increase economic productivity and employment levels.
