Message | Mr. Speaker, The time has come for Luthori to move its healthcare industry towards privatization. This is not to say that we believe the poor should not continue to be provided for, but that the majority of Luthorians, a wealthy and prosperous people, have the means to support themselves. It is our belief that the people can better served by the industry and the industry can better serve them, by privatizing its operations. The government will maintain a watchful and regulatory eye on industry to ensure that it continues to operate at a level of quality expected by Luthori citizens. Moreover, the five year transition provides ample time for an insurance industry to develop and for dealing with any issues that may arise during the process. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The Nationals have longed supported a duel system of both private and public. A two tier system would ensure that everyone has the right to healthcare and the private practice ensure that the state isn't overburdened in the process. I yield. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We agree that the two tier system ensures full coverage, but why should those that can afford their own healthcare have to be paid for by the state. We are not against the government running an option, but against the fact that the wealthy, whether they be of the nobility or commoners, be paid for by the state. I yield. |
