With the ballooning levels of university and post-secondary school attendance, there has been a decline in the attendance levels and enrollent by students in technical institutes. The objective of this bill is to make it so that there is more literature in secondary schools avilable so that students can be more aware of their choices and so that th economy benefits from having people being scattered over a number of important professions and not focused on a select few. Further, this bill also recognises that technical schools receive a porition of government funding as other schools already do, as to encourage enrollment. |

Message | Plus it'll help children and teenagers who aren't academically slated; it'll help those who have potential but are restless in a classroom environment. It'll give them a more hands on education. |

Message | There can't be any guarentee except at the expense of other spending bills....if we keep throwing things in there you will have a mess of underfunded programs. |
