MessageMr Speaker,

Currently, it is too dangerous to allow trade unions to exist. They can be manipulated by the communists. Once they are finished off, we can legalise trade unions.

We have finally made this country free of the rot that are unions. The socials have used it for years to keep our country from making progress! Vote no on this for your country! Make sure that the power stays with the people and not with the unions.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The CR is full of absurd propagandists who deal in fear mongering. Unions have not been on strike in years and yet you talk of them rotting the country. Please check in with reality before speaking before this house.

As for the point made by 3Right. It appears that the communists are going nowhere. They are making major gains in electoral politics. It is futile to wait until they are "finished off."

Without trade unions, many will be attracted to the rhetoric of the communists as they will see them as the only true voice of the workers and the lower classes. Without unions, many will resort to violence and riots in lieu of the organizational effectiveness of unions.

MessageMr. Speaker,

If we had the reforms in place like we proposed we could agree to this as it could prevent any unions from becoming communist. However, considering those laws failed we cannot support this.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

It is clear that the old system of reform could not work, but outlawing trade unions for the fear of communism is absurd and insincere.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We do not take threats against the state lightly. Any Luthorian even thinking about joining communist organisations are already legally under surveillance. That's why the Anti-Communist Pact was passed to ensure that Communists are kept under a watchful eye. We already know that they resort to violence! That's all they ever do. So, unions shall remain illegal as they not only act as a hinderence to the employer, but they cater towards extreme leftist idealogies.

We will not be intimidated!

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We challenge the National Party's interpretation of the the Anti-Communist Pact. That treaty allowed for intelligence sharing amongst signatory nations on communist parties and organizations, not on the individuals themselves. If this is the case, then that would be a gross overreach of the government on the rights of people and individuals and would be grounds for a suit.

Additionally, we have other challenges to the treaty which are being developed by our legal team.

Finally, I pray that the parties realize that this fear of communism hurts the lowest classes by preventing them from organizing and effectively exercising their political power. We will continue keep our union infrastructures up to date for when the day comes when Unions are once again legalized in this nation.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I won't be subject to a lecture by a bishop on the rule of law.

Article I clearly states "The High Contracting States agree that they will mutually keep each other informed concerning the activities of communists and their organisations..." How you interpretate that is up to you, but the writing is plain and clear to this government. The communist database is growing by the day as more nations ratify this agreement. Names are added and their activities are monitored. We question the motives of the HSP. Just who's side are you on here?

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I will not let an androgynous ideological hack question my party's motives. We are on the side of the lower classes and the workers who have long had a tradition of trade unionism to advance their political needs. Your database and your vitriol towards them is unconscionable.

Add me to your database and monitor my communications and friends. Your paranoia will be your downfall as you are harressing good people who have a different economic agenda.

Karl Jinx, a key leader of the LPU, is a good friend of mine and an honorable Luthorian who has done more the hard working people of this country than any National Party Hack has ever done.

All that you want is to see the nice political bribes you get to be the unions puppets. Unions create communists ideas that threatens this society and they have always threatened progress that has kept luthori down! Agreeing to this bill would be a betrayal to our democracy!

MessageMr. Speaker,

Supporting the lower classes and unions does not breed communists. This is absurd. The policies of the Nationals will drive my party to actively work against them and all members who prevent representation of the lowest classes. I will not support this. The Labor of Luthori needs a voice. One can be a monarchist and a trade unionist. This is conflation at its finest.

The first leader of the revived HSP, Casey Robertson, was killed by communists for supporting the monarchy. You are trampling the workers underfoot. This is unacceptable.

"How about you all that are voting no gain both some self respect and empathy? You are just being extremely childish, Ahh! Communists can do the right thing and prove us wrong at every turn... Might as well be as wrong as we can! Ahh! Yeah that is exactly how the you all look and sound, this is just simply bullying innocent and poor people for knowing better. Besides the free market fucks your head, pardon my language, but it leaves you with stress, mental diseases, and never ending cycles of poorness, and most people feel apathetic when working, and feel like they have no power what so ever. The truth is people are dying thanks to your wolves of industry. And no, no form of economic dictatorship is any match for both the happiness and incomes of those working for OUR co-cooperative mining company. And you can't stop us from taking part in the free market."

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current.
