MessageMr. Speaker,

My party is not really fond of charter schools at all, and we would not want a child attending a school that has a specific focus, since children really don't choose which schools they attend. I fear that parents may use this to force their children to enter certain fields.

As for the protection of cultural and historical heritage, we are indifferent. The current law is consistent with the model of economics that the government advocates; in the natural process of things, we would only give funding to private efforts that meet standards that suit the government, so I do not think that we need to maintain our own agency, but I am not opposed to the idea.

MessageMr Speaker,

may i ask what is the age criterion these charter schools,is it college students or kids?i think we must better keep specialization on subjects away from the kids until they grow up just like the normal education curriculum. And if it gives more opportunity to the higher educated ones we can think about it and we should also consider the economy of the funding, whether it is absolutely necessary?or is it just interesting to implement?
I fully support the second one though.

MessageThese are reason I believe charter schools would be great for this country. Although I am also fine with current law, the true purpose of this bill was to see the entire presidiums opinion on them

Charter schools are unique, public schools that are allowed the freedom to be more innovative while being held accountable for advancing student achievement.
Because they are public schools,
they are open to all children, they do not charge tuition, and
they do not have any special entrance requirements.

Charter schools are considered some of the top-performing schools in any country that has them.

Charter schools close the achievement gap. They are said to be raising the bar of what’s possible, and what should be expected in public education.

A higher percentage of charter students are accepted into a college or university, then those in the normal public. And alumni that come from charter schools, are considered the brightest in the respective countries.

Now on the specialized subject, I can see that you would think, it maybe become a sort of indoctrination process parents would use on their kids, those are well founded worries. But if we were to implement a screening process, to weed out this sort of thing, asking questions to possible students, and their parents, separately to find if the student really wants to be there or if their parents are forcing them in to it and if the student really doesn't want to be their then they will be turned away on that premise alone.

Would this be satisfactory?

MessageMr. Speaker,

While a screening process would be a good effort, children may not be open or honest. Their parents may train them to pretend that they want to attend the school, and punish them if they don't get in for some reason.
